guilty or not guilty?

one of the very controversial issues today is the case about Jason Ivler. Jason Ivler, the son of Marlene Aguilar-Pollard is said to be the primary suspect for killing Renato Ebarle, Jr. who was the son of undersecretary Renato Ebarle, Sr. of the office of the executive secretary. Marlen Pollard, who is a singer/performer and also a writer is the younger sister of Freddie Aguilar.
Ivler is believed to be the lone suspect in the fatal shooting of Ebarle Jr. during a traffic altercation at the corner of Boni Serrano and Granada streets in Quezon City shortly before midnight on Thursday. when the NBI asked his mother about the incident, she just told the police that Jason never used the car at that time. but they never stopped investigating the case. few days after, someone came out to tell the police where Ivler was hiding.
after knowing where was Ivler hiding, the NBI immediately went to Marlene's house to search the house to know if the informant was telling the truth. and when they arrived, Ivler's mom was there but she refused to tell the truth. after few hours of searching, they found Jason and he fought back to the authorities. jason and 2 of the NBI were also hit by the gun.

handcuffed...captured...primary suspect...

some said he has to pay all of the things he did. he's guilty and so he should be punished. some would say they should think first because his past, as some psychologists said, have had relation to what he did and to his personality. his dad died when he was still young and he never had great moments with him.

in my personal opinion, Jason Ivler should pay for his sins. he should be punished because what he did was not humane. let's say he has that psychological disease, but that's a valid excuse for him to kill other people.

  1. Good Day!

In my personal view;yeah... your rigth; Ivler should pay for his faults. Yet, I feel disgusted the way the policemen threat him when he was already wounded and handcuffed. They dragged and pushed him so harshly, knowing that the guy can't fight back anymore. It's so inhumane as well!
I liked as well how you discussed your topic. It's good that you stick to one issue. Just be careful next time with your capitalization.
